1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the prk365 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit prk365's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

prk365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
• Regulatory requirement or court order.

Upon suspension for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements. Bonus balances and wagering-derived funds not yet meeting withdrawal conditions will not be returned.
